Assistance Towing Endorsement - Online Course and Exam

Add the U.S. Coast Guard Towing Endorsement to your captain’s license. This course prepares you for the required training and exam to operate vessels engaged in assistance towing and commercial towing operations, in accordance with Coast Guard requirements.

The Towing Endorsement is not a standalone license. It is added to an existing OUPV/Six-Pack or Master Captain’s License and expands the types of towing operations you are authorized to conduct.
